She has led multi-market communications strategies, shaped high-level messaging, and supported organisations to engage diverse audiences with clarity, credibility, and purpose.
Her expertise extends across complex and sensitive communications environments, including her work within UK policing, where she led strategic communications across community cohesion, race and inclusion, and public confidence—managing high-stakes narratives, media relations, and stakeholder engagement in real time.
Karen-Grace’s approach is deeply informed by both professional expertise and lived experience. Her work increasingly sits at the intersection of public health, cultural competency, and advocacy—supporting organisations to communicate with greater clarity, empathy, and impact, particularly when engaging underrepresented or underserved communities.
She is particularly recognised for her ability to shape narratives that move beyond awareness to influence perception, policy, and behaviour—ensuring that communications are not only seen and heard, but felt and acted upon.
